1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the mybet platform in any way, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the mybet platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mybet as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published will be deemed as acceptance of those updated terms.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use mybet's services. mybet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account while verification is in progress.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on the mybet platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts as well as forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, a valid email address, and mobile number. mybet may request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport for account verification (KYC) purposes before approving any withdrawal.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. The following security responsibilities must be observed:

  • Never share your password with anyone
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices
  • Notify mybet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
  • Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on any other platform

Mybet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to comply with the account security measures above.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

All mybet users are required to use the platform in a responsible, ethical, and legally compliant manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mybet platform:

  • Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or the payment system
  • Depositing funds obtained through illegal means (money laundering)
  • Claiming bonuses fraudulently or through multiple accounts
  • Sharing your account with others or transferring funds between different user accounts
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the mybet platform

Mybet reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, and to report to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payments, Transactions and Currency

All transactions on the mybet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). mybet supports local Malaysian payment methods including FPX and DuitNow. Users are responsible for ensuring that all banking information provided is accurate and up to date.

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as your mybet account
  • Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals that exceed a certain limit
  • Mybet reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen and may take up to several business days

Bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements as separately stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet the rollover requirements prior to making a withdrawal may result in the forfeiture of the applicable bonus.

5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

The mybet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly and securely, mybet makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays. mybet is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control.

All content on the mybet platform — including design, logos, brand names, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of mybet or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.

The mybet platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. mybet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Mybet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account in the following situations without prior notice:

  • Violation of the terms and conditions set out in this document
  • Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorised access
  • Identity verification failed after the allotted time
  • Account closure requested by the user

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, mybet reserves the right to withhold any funds associated with the violating activity while an investigation is underway. Funds verified as legitimately obtained will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

Mybet reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the mybet platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
